If you want to drive it on the street you can't do it legaly in most states because of emissions laws. The 427 is a big block unless your talking about the new corvett Z06 engine. If you are talking about the big block a lot of parts need to be changed including a different brake booster to get the nessessary clearance. Also you are going to need a bigger radiator stronger transmission and rear end. Also the front suspension and frame probably would need to be beefed up.
If you go for the new Z06 engine it will probably fit easier though both will require replacing the engine control system
I would expect to spend at least $10,000 to do it right.
