Sensitve topic, if you're just going to throw down a stupid answer, move on.
Okay, I need a little bit of woman help here. I've had my period for years now and It's gotten predictable. I typically have a 28 day cycle. July 19th was the last time I had sex. My period was on July 8th. I got another period on August 10th, that night. I haven't gotten a period since, which makes it 34 days. I have been under a little stress but I don't know how big a factor it plays. Can someone help me?

IF YOU ARE REGUALR 28 DAYS CYCLE AND U HAD UR PERIOD ON JULY 8 AND HAD SEX ON JULY 19, THAT IS UR 12TH DAY OF YOUR CYCLE, U COULD HAVE BEEN PREGNANT. 10TH-19TH DAY IS UR UNSAFE DAYS.
U SAID U HAD PERIOD ON AUGUST 10, IS IT A LOT OR JUST SPOTTING? BECAUSE IF IT IS JUST A SPOTTING, THIS MAY NOT BE A PERIOD. SOMETIMES, EVEN IF THE GIRL IS PREGNANT, SHE HAD SOME BLEEDING OR SPOTTING BUT NOT A LOT AND STILL SHE'S PREGNANT.
WHAT YOU SHOULD DO IS WAIT UNTIL U HAVE MISSED UR PERIOD FOR 14 DAYS THEN DO A PREGNENCY TEST. IF IT COMES OUT NEGATIVE THEN MAYBE UR PERIOD IS JUST DELAYED FOR SOME REASONS LIKE STRESS. IF THEN, DO NOT HAVE SEX IF YOU DONT WANT TO GET PREGNANT. GOOD LUCK GIRL.

A "normal" cycle is 21-40 days. IF there is not a possiblity of you being pregnant, stress can be a factor also some pre or peri menopausal issues going on

Stress is certainly a factor, and sometimes your period just gets messed up by hormonal reasons out of your control. Could you be pregnant though? I would rule that out first, then monitor for a few more weeks.

Stress can cause you to miss your period. If you are normally regular and you suddenly miss but you have had high levels of stress, then the stress is likely to blame. If you are concerned, you can talk to your gyn to make sure that you don't have any other underlying problems.

Stress can cause you to delay or miss your period. I am 32 and as I got older my period which had once begun as very predictable became less predictable.

Stress can and does contribute but as you get older your cycle may change too.
If it doesn't come within a couple of weeks you might want to see a doctor to make sure nothing is up.

stress can play a big factor in your periods. You are probably not getting it because of stress. i wouldn't worry about it.
