maybe just get some sleep?!? but seriously, you could try wearing an eye-mask at night, which really reduces puffiness and and the dark circles. and there's always concealer to cover it up but that might be considered a special cream...

Try freezing a spoon or an ice bag in the freezer overnight. When you wake up, use the cold spoon/bag and lightly press it over a closed eyelid. This helps reduce swelling of the bags. Also, cold cucumber slices and warm teabags (press for 10-15 min). work as well. I have heard that chilled chamomile teabags work best ..

.... okay dont freak out cuz you might think this sounds retarded. I wouldn't call it a special cream but supposidly hemmeroid cream reduces the appearance of bags. The main purpose of the cream is to reduce swelling. I never tried it personally but a friend of mine told me about this trick.

If they are due to lack of sleep - get more rest.
If they are from allergies - take some allergy meds such as claritin.
If they are genetic - use some concealer.
