That is a really great question and it carries over to every day life. Women will march down the street for abortion rights, but they don't want to hear that you've had one, because many will judge you for it. It's a dirty little legal secret. If we are giving women the legal right to choose, why can't we support them in it? Because its also a moral issue. I am sure that each one of us knows at least one person who has had an abortion. It would be great if our society would find a way to help women not get pregnant when they don't want children so they aren't faced with difficult decisions like abortion.

People always think that their way is right and I guess I have to admit that I am one of those people occasionally but I think that abortion is a touchy subject anyway. Some people have very strong veiws and others don't. Some people might also be voting on the question itself...saying that it isn't a good question!

This is true--everyone IS entitled to his or her opinion. Don't you think that giving someone's question a thumbs down (or thumbs up, for that matter) is a way of expressing ones opinion? The street goes both ways. :)

The whole point of this is to give your opinion, and a lot of folks only have negative things to say about it.
Besides, if people are going to ask questions like "how do I go about getting an abortion", don't expect people to try to convince them not to if they don't believe in it. What else are they supposed to say "go to the nearest clinic, here's the number"?? Hardly.

I would never judge a person regarding abortion only because I'm not able to walk in their shoes. People who give thumbs down are judgemental and ignorant.

Like you said everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I am pro-choice and feel that it is that person choice and right to decide what they want to do.

to try to understand what you are thinking it is immoral to kill someone just because you wanted to get laid you could always give it to people who can't have kids of there own but that would be selfless and heroic but you don't seem that way you don't even have an opinion except that you can have one

You're right. People do have their own opinions. My opinion on it is that I don't agree with it. I don't plan on having one in my life.
