They're called "Hogettes" Can't say as I ever really understood it, but they've been arond for as long as I can remember.

i dont know about the dresses, but the pig snouts are to symolize there offensive line which back in the 80's were nicknamed the Hogs because of there size.
i believe it was Joe Jacoby, Mark May, Jeff Bostic, Russ Grimm. i cant seem to remember the last one.
