Dragonflies and Damselflies and other insects.... Also Swifts(birds) mate in the air at times. I do know Eagles do not copulate in the air....

butterflies do sometimes. moths too and a few flying insects. i've seen bats flying when mating but they seemed to prefer having solid ground underneath though
