if you have a wireless network already, you need a wireless print server for your printer, and I think you need to trn on the shared option for the printer. *if you have multiple computers on the network*

I dont think that will work. You have 2 options:
1. You can get a wireless print server. Which will make the printer always avaliable on the network
2. You can connect the printer to a computer, and then share the printer on the network. The only downside is that PC must be on for you to print.

I agree with all of the above it wouldn't make seance to have the stand alone printer on the network your best shot is to connect the printer to the least crowded computer on the network and activate file and printer share option

I assume you're asking if you can make your printer a stand-alone machine on the network. No, adding a USB wireless device won't work.
