This doesn't happen with one type of food. It happens with all food. & the amount of food doesn't matter. Eating is the trigger. I either sneeze or I suppress a sneeze or I get very conjested. Every time I eat. I want to know WHY I do this, not so much how to fix it, although that would be good for the bonus round! THANKS!

Although it is not associated with any particular food, it obviously is connected to the food in some way.it must be an allergic reaction. Perhaps you have so many food allergies that have not been addressed that now you are in a "hyper-allergic" state.Of course you could see a doctor to examine what your food allergies may be. You could try fasting for a few days on freshly prepared juices (made in a juicer by you ) and then slowly start back adding one food at a time to try to break the cycle/ give your body a rest.

you're eating too fast and aspirating some of your food (breathing it in). Slow down, chew your food.
