It depends how bad you want it off. You can burn it off, with the iron, touch it to the tattoo just a second on high, it will hurt, but pain can be endured, when it scabs up peel it off. It should mostly be removed. It depends on how deep it is.

You could try a skin lightner cream. They sell it for things like age spots. I have also been told that the sun will lighten them a little. However the only way to get rid of them is laser surgery. Good luck

Sadly, if you cannot afford to have it lasered off or removed surgically the only other thing to do is alter it by changing it with the addition of more ink...I have never heard of the cream mentioned in one of the posts here...but here is one of the sites I found by putting "Tatto removal cream" in the search engine on the answer page:

I work at a tattoo shop and in the mag. they have this lotion u rub on it everyday it works look in a tattoo mag and order it its great we seen it with r own eyes
