If you are a big fan of cancer, or, like most people, just have no clue what it really means to get cancer, then by all means, go ahead and use it whenever you wish.

However, if you have any respect for your body or your life you will recognize that pale is an ok thing to be.

to start you should go tanning no more than once every 24 hours more than that can cause damage to the skin, once you reach your desired tan then you should go every 2-3 days for about 6-7 min or less if you prefer (tanning is the same as sitting in the sun for anyone who dosen't already know)

Never. If you're that dark maybe you can use the gradual self tanner lotion by Jergens to keep the color, or try a spray tan. Tanning beds are bad for your skin.
