Make it a spa, add massage, mud therapy, et al - not a sleazy hotel, but a legit spa / resort. Then you can also sell product, "health drinks" while they're in the spa, bath salts, and a host of high profit side items (even the towels and bathrobes become much more saleable).

It seems your two question are at cross porpoises. The more extras you add the higher night fee per room. Low price could be biggest attractor. Did you consider tying to beat bed and breakfasts at there nitch by scale your business could provide. Go with slogan we got bed your father provide, breakfast your mother provided and prices your parents charged.
