All the P2P programs , like the ones you mention above are full of viruses , you got to have your anti-virus installed on your system while you're downloading ...

I've used LimeWire and Kazaa, and out of those LimeWire is best.

Kazaa's adware is REALLY noticable, and ads pop out almost everywhere, while LimeWire's adware is just a little ad in places you would most expect them.

By the way, adware is just something that pops up annoying ads while you're surfing the web. I'm pretty sure none of them have viruses, which could end the life of a computer, or something near as awful.

I don't know about the others, but I have been using limewire for a good couple of years and I have never had a problem with it...

E-Mule is the only one without all that stuff. Limewire and Bearshare are the worst.

kazza comes bundled with spyware, i dont know about aries but limewire is virus world. use a torrent.

You could try, I don't know, iTunes. Guaranteed free of viruses.
