I'd give him a 95% I think when all the dust is settled(10 to 20 years from now) we all will see what a great job he really did do. He is the only president that I know in recient times that tried to change the world for the better. All others just tried keeping everything from falling apart. 9/11 tore it apart and he/we where forced to put it back together. He went the extra mile to try and make it better. Who cares what others say Bush should do what he knows is best and thats what I believe he will and has done. Bless his poor heart for standing up for what he believes in.
