Its off the Spiderman 1 soundtrack. Its by Chad Scott of Nickleback. Good song, I believe the title is Hero.

Great song, IMO. I even have a fantasy music video for it - a "Romeo and Juliet" themed story centered around a tragic romance between a member of a misunderstood group of superheroic crime fighting brothers, and the city mayor's daughter, with Chad and Josey watching it unfold as angels in white outfits.
