to get the aurora ticket, you need to attend a nintendo sponsered pokemon event.

or, you need to go to a place that has their machines that are called "wonder spots". one such store is in rockafeller, in New York state.

other than that, the ONLY way to get an aurora ticket is by cheating/breaking your game with something like gameshark/action replay
