I'm not married, and I wouldn't do this myself. Just curious.

Well, honestly I am a Christian woman and I try to live a life free from sin, but that was incredibly hard as a single woman who LOVED sex. I admit that 50% of the reason I DESIRED to be married was so I could have sex / make LOVE anytime without sinning. My marriage is wonderful, but guess what my ONLY complaint is... I'd like a little more frequency! But, yes, my marriage, partly for sex is a good one and it is working out beautifully. My husband says he is lucky and blessed to have a wife who wants him so much.

I have dated some for the sex. But a marriage based upon the selfish pursuit of sexual gratification is just a partnership agreement governed by the state and entered in to by virtue of signing the marriage license and is a far shot from being a true marriage which has the element of containing a spiritual bond between the two wherein the become one an a spiritual basis.

That type of marriage is governed by God. Hence they say, what God has created let no man undo. It is more clearly understood as what God has created no man can undo.

However, that type of relationship is based out of selflessness not selfishness. And what you described is "what I can't live without" and is based out of what self is getting out of the deal. Hence it is selfish.

i would never do that why would u you can go and get it from someone else and not have all the paper work to deal with.i think that marriage is a lot more than sex love commitment honesty trust and then sex but luckly i married someone that gieve me all of that and i doubt that any marriage based on sex works.so if u are thinking about it dont do it.there are a lot of men out there and im sure youll find one that gives it to u just like him.

you know, when you decide to get married, sex is a consideration but it is not as important as many other things when trying to decide to marry someone - I am engaged and I've had much better lovers than my fiance but I love her for 100 other reasons - when you stack it all up, the sex isn't the best I've ever had but I'll compromise because of the many other things she offers - I'm sure people get married for the sex only and there's one result - divorce

I didnt marry him for the sex but I did remain his girlfriend while we were dating.

We had been together for 4 months and I was gonna break up with him. He gave me a card that said I love you and that night we did the deed. I was thinking to myself "I mean maybe this relationship will get better, I mean with sex like this, it can only get better."

I wouldn't need a license to have sex, and if thats the only reason you got married there's a good chance your screwed in more than one way!!

No I didn't, couldn't, and wouldn't. I or anyone else can get it without being married, so why get married just to have it?

No way... There are so many ways to get sex without getting married, it would be absolutely unnecessary and ridiculous to get married just for this reason.

I would never marry someone for one thing. Thats cheap petty and the marriage would be a waste. Hope your not in one for that reason.

If so, I am so sorry that you had to endure it.

OMG! That would be like buying a restaurant because you wanted a sandwich! God above, no!

Marry for love and love alone. No other reason is going to make it last.
