internet dating is much simpler way of getting to know someone. You don't have any distractions, you respond whenever you feel comfortable, you can say things exactly the way you want, you can say more than you normally would on a keyboard than in person, you can set up dates to meet, you can see the person before speaking to them.

The similarites would be: lying about yourself.

Dating is dating no matter how you go about it. I met my girl on myspace and we are very happy and moving to Cali in the spring.

Internet dating is very common now. Things change and the internet is the way of the future. I do agree and have had very sucessful dates with them.

No matter what you do, you have to be careful, especially as far as the internet is concerned. It is far more difficult to find out things about a person that you have met online because you know no more about them than the things that they tell you.

Scarey! Too many weirdos out there. Why take a chance on danger. Meet someone through friends or church. Even those can be iffy...but the internet is too risky.
