After watching the documentary about Flight #93, my heart was already saddened. I was proud of the President's speech. He knows more, has seen more, and done more, than We as regular Citizen's could ever hope to know, or do. He speaks of the same topics, because the same topics are current. People who plan an attack to destroy the lives of innocent People, then take pride in Their actions, and laugh at the destruction caused, are pure evil, and have no plans to stop Their reign of terror, until forced to do so. Five years have passed, and no more attacks, apparently Someone is doing something right somewhere.
For now, today, may We all say a prayer for the Families of those who were lost on that most tragic day, pray especially for the Children. And may We also pray for the Families of the brave Men and Woman who have given the ultimate sacrifice to keep Our Country, and it's People safe. And keep in Your heart Those who have been injured. They do not put down Their Commander and Chief, They are Proud to have served, and to have made a difference in the War on Terrorism.
God Bless all those who have lost Friends, and Loved Ones. May God be with Them Always........

I'm a proud American also but let me say this, This President hasn't done it for me since he got into office, I don't want to spill off a whole hate thing on Bush here but he makes me upset, Here we are in Iraq freeing people that hate our guts and Bin Ladin laughs at us for not getting him and admits to bringing down the towers. After not being able to watch any coverage from 911 today without almost going into a panic attack I couldn't bring myself too watch Bush, I watch the special Olympics then Bush, atleast they don't run the country....

It seemed like a well planned out speech full of good things that Americans want to hear but I didn't really feel that our President believed any of it. On the bright side it was shorter than usual and didn't drag on. It was short and to the point even if it seemed kind of pointless.

Yeah, I thought it was a good speech! Perhaps a little too much of the same, but it was 9/11 speech--talking about Social Security would be a little out of place. Overall, one of his better ones, I think.

The speech had little to do with 9-11, all he wanted to talk about was how his policy's and such (Iraq) have bettered this country, sounds like a mid term election strategy.

yes his speech was amazing. the reason he always speaks about this is because it seems that no one gets the point. these terrorists won't give up. you can't reason with someone when you have nothing to give them and no way to threaten them. they WANT to die. we must not give up on our assault. peace CAN'T work. if we leave iraq, watch what happens. we must finish what we started, otherwise innocent americans WILL die. i am sorry that we have become too ignorant to realize what is even going on. i am sorry that we are too stubborn. bush was right.
