Hi, this is a real concern, I'm a guy and I wanna know why my nipples are hidden most of the time. I mean like totally inside like a hole...is it a disease? Im skinny i have no no excess fat arround them, is there a solution to this? The nly time they are out, is when im cold.

They're probably just inverted. No big deal. Get 'em pierced if you want them to pop out all the time.

Everyones nipples are different. The fact that you are thin may be the reason. Its not a bad thing unless they hurt. They seem to function normally if they react to temperature. Good Luck!=0)

Most likely you were born with inverted nipples. No big deal.

As long as they didn't suddenly become that way (i.e. they've been that way forever or a long time) it's nothing to worry about. It's a relatively common thing.
