Contractions getting stronger and more frequent. My doctor said "you'll know" and he was right. You just know that labor has started.

You hear a little voice say "Hey mom, get me out of here". Just kidding. You will feel like your belly is on a roller coaster and the back pain and sometimes a little blood that they call a mucous plug.

before your water breaking you should have a mucus plug, and you can also get labor pains, sometimes you can braxton hicks not real labor pains
