hey i was wondering if anybody here knows anywhere you can go to get a penpal in a foreign country like one in africa or something....thanks

its hard to be penpals with anyone in my country because we have a defective mailing/postal system

go on the yahoo africa site and do Y! answers w/ that but do south africa cause anywhere north of there they dont speak english

check in google for pen pals. you can find many sites and then you choose the one more comforatble with you.
