I am not surprised! I figured he was going to use 9/11 to boost his support for the horror in Iraq and the upcoming elections. He is a sick man and he will use fear tactic and just about anything to keep American people down. He does not care nor has any respect for any human life whether it's 9/11 victims, young American boys dying for his cause (oil). The sad thing is if you speak out against him then you are labeled unpatriotic!

Isn't it a lil ironic that bushed used the iraq war to cover up the failures that led to 9/11 and is now using 9/11 to cover up the failures in the iraq war.

George Bush has said a lot of things recently that anyone with half a brain would recognise as pure, unadulterated stupidity. He seems to believe the garbage he spews, because if he didn't, he could not say the nonsensical, idiotic things he says because he would know it sounds excessively stupid and no one will fall for it. To top it off he is a terrible speaker and comes across sounding like a whining spoiled brat who has no idea what he is talking about.

I had to turn off my set . His voice makes me sick to my stomach. I am not a traitor for saying so either. You don't have to go along blindly with everything Bush says to be a proud American. My husband has served in the current Iraq war and he and many of his fellow soldiers also disagree with it but they do their jobs regardless.

This is reality......This is the world we live in......This is what the american people have been asking for. He's using a night where American unites in morning to address the nation.
It's the reality of our world. Hate is everywhere..........All we can do is try and love each other...and help our neighbors...Where is the spirit of 9/11?? Where are the people helping people!
All you do is sit and ***** about this speech....What are you doing to make a difference???
God Bless our Troops, Our President and Our Nation!!!

Not watching, couldn't stomach it. But, it's not surprising he is trying to use the anniversary of 9/11 to drum up support for his policies. He has done it every year since it happened, and continually refers to "September 11th" every time he addresses the public...otherwise known as "milking it for all it's worth."

this country went over 200 years without any type of attack on our homeland and under our presidents watch we got hit, if we going to go after bin laden we should have stayed after him not go after saddam, if we wanted him , we could have waited till we got the person who attacked our country then we could have gone after saddam. but daddy bush couldnt get him so junior said he would, and he used 9/11 to attack another country.
