What's the problem? It can be factored 3ay*(3-5a).

this looks like a matter of factoring common terms, looking at the terms...there is a common 'a' factor, a common 'y' factor and multiple of 3 in each term

so you can rewrite this as

3ay(3 - 5a)....

Would need to know more if this is your problem or not...

I'm assuming you want to factor this... first factor out 3y

3y (3a - 5a²)

Next factor out the a

3 y a (3 - 5a)

thats about the most you could do...
