Why do you need I.D., to get I.D.?

It falls into the same category that you need experience for a job...but need a job for experience!!!

This is so that the people who are giving you the I.D. Know you are who you say you are!

It's so they know you are you. Birth certificates and social security cards are forms of I.D.
