Many people are offended that anyone would make the movie "The Death of a President," the fictional assassination of President George W. Bush. While many are far from Bush supporters, there is something inherently wrong with depicting the murder of anyone living, don't you believe?
Regardless of the art, some lines should not be crossed. It doesn't seem that anyone has seen or heard all of the details about the movie The Death of a President. Yet, in my heart, we should refrain from making movies or plays, which present an undesirable end to a living character, whether friend or foe.
Some forms of art should never be put on paper.
As we fight terrorism in this country, how can we hold our heads proud while documenting how to be an assassin of our own elected officials - a process by which we have rights. If a majority feel that they cannot live without the "elimination" of a President, then let's discuss and, in fact, write books and produce movies about that logical course of events!!

According to what I've read, it's a thought-provoking examination of what might actually happen if this occurred, and apparently it's not the sort of outcome that would make someone want to emulate it. As someone already pointed out, putting **** Cheney in charge doesn't sound like the beginning of a happy ending. I don't think there's anything wrong with speculating on it, as long as it doesn't glorify the idea.

with the two part movie, 9/11 (the second one tonight) and "death of a president" show the power of media politics to get you to vote for them ...particular the Young and the old...voter .data from the last 40 years show these groups are swing voters...

Well I dont wish any one to get killed , but that I wish that Some one would plan that against him and he get scared and jump out of power, oh I would be glad
