what makes it okay to kill a spider?....why do we look down on spiders as nothing. or something we can just kill and say whatever?...is killing another person the same as killing a spider?. why and why not?

I don't kill spiders, particularly the orb-weavers (Araneus diadematus) that thrive in our garden and porch. They're pretty (orange and tan markings on legs and abdomen), make truly beautiful webs, and are very non-aggressive towards humans. In the rare case that they DO bite a human, their venom is not much more irritating than a mosquito bite.
What they DO is keep down the population of dangerous spiders, such as hobo spiders, wolf spiders, and black widows. They also do a fair job on flies, mosquitoes and other unpleasant insects.

Get with the program! Spiders do not have a brain nor feelings. Spiders do not clean themselves,even flies do that!!!!!

I've been thinking the same thing... we shouldn't squish spiders, just the other day i squished some insect and I realized that i killed an innocent creature... and he/she died a terrble death, he/she died in fear...shame on me ): either way you are killing someone...so we shouldn't squish spiders unless we really have to. we are not better than spiders, we all deserve to live

spiders kidnapped my sister for 3 months. when she came back, she was never the same. THATs why its ok to kill a spider. you friggin spider lover.

it is the absolute worst technology I have ever heard in my existence. there is not any way that spiders and people may be or may were genetically linked in any way. there is not any such ingredient as reincarnation. After demise, people are concern to God's judgement. you'll both bypass to heaven or hell.
