Monolouges can be pretyt simple if you dont' worry to much. My suggestion, just start talking about the subject, write it down as you go, and do a little bit of revising, then *poof* monolouge! Further more, try to think about the emotions runnign through your head when you ae scared to go on stage, maybe place the monolouge as what a person, in the middle of stage fright is thinking, so you can put in all the things distracting the character, show the character tryign to recover the line sfrom his/her memory, ecetera, good luck and I hope this helps.

Read a piece called 'The Actor's Nightmare" it might have something to think about.
