I am protesting the lack of sex at this time by becoming moody and generally irritable all the time. My body is just not letting me off the hook or letting me forget about it. Sex maybe once a month. Less sometimes. People what can I do.

Well, you need to take an outsiders look into your marriage. Put your own personal views aside, and really think about what's going on and what is and isn't happening between you and your wife.

If your ego will allow it - consider couples' therapy.

And, despite what the prudish might say - masturbate.

Maturbation is normal, healthy, and a good way to release pent up sexual frustration (instead of the wrong, and dumb move of straying from home). Look into getting yourself a device to use to improve the pleasure, such as lubricants and "sleeves".
There is no shame in pleasuring yourself. And you'll be able find some sort of release while you are attempting to seek what is causing the rift in your marriage and working together to fix it.

Women and men are extremely different. I feel the same way as you do. My husband won't have sex with me and I want it all the time and he might put out like once a month if I am lucky. I am contemplating divorce and have only been married 4 1/2 months because I am "sex-starved" also.

Being moody and irritable isn't going to make your wife have sex with you. Stop being passive aggressive and find out what she needs from you in order to feel sexier. Maybe it's help around the house because she's exhausted. Maybe it's attention from you when you're not in the mood for sex.

Talk to your wife about how essential a sexual relationship is to a marriage.
Although a marriage is about much more then intercourse, the two of you shouldn't stop doing something that was once fun just because you're getting older.
Be honest and blunt with her. I think if you tell her like it is, she'll be willing to put out more rather than be cheated on (not saying that you would, but some hubbies do that when their wives are not providing).

have you ever thought of couples therapy...because if you want the sex and your wife doesnt...maybe she has some past issues that she needs to work thru...when i was with this one guy for over a year i didnt really want to have sex with him all that much but i was so into him...and turns out that i didnt deal with my past issues of bad sex experiences and things improved alot once i figured that out and worked thru it...i dont think that its you that is the problem...and if it is the couples therapy would be helpful ...and maybe you could spruce up the room and make it look sexy or buy her some laungerie or surprize her when she comes home and be buck naked or find something that intrigues you and try it with her... maybe try spuce things up and if that doesnt work then maybe youll wanna try out the therapy...what ever it is that you wanna do im sure youll figure out your own way...

Have you talked to your wife about your concerns and needs, is there a mendical reason that she isnt' sexually active with you, do you have kids that keep her on her toes dayand night. You havnt given enough of the peripherals for a decent answer. I do sympathise with you and a healthy marriage does have heathly sex, but what else is going on in your marriage.

Let your wife know how you feel. She wont know unless you tell her. Maybe suggest other options and get the spice rolling again in the bedroom. Maybe get her some sexy items and clothes for her to get excited and your life will get back to normal. Good Luck!

Sounds to me like one of two things:...You're either soliciting a woman or asking for permission to cheat.

Permission not granted!!!

Talk to your wife. If she has a problem maybe a doctor would help... short of that...satisfy yourself...

Be a man and live with it....until resolution is made.... there is usually a reason why women lose interest or reduce frequency... maybe you're not satisfying her...properly... Talk to her, find out why the lack of interest. After all you do love her don't you?

Good luck!

the very first thing you must do is sit down your wife and tell her what your going through. communication is the very most important thing in a marriage. it could be that she is going through something too. and it sounds to me that you 2 have got to have a talk, clear the air, maybe shes not feeling appreciated and sometimes that makes a woman not want to be intimate with her man. but there is definatly something going on, you better find out what it is before its to late.

I think u should talk to your wife,if she ignore, move on ,no worth leading a sexless marriage,it mean she doesn't love you.If she were to love you she would do whatever u ask for rather then ignoring your need.
Men need sex as much as women need love.
