Gosh, you never can tell. I was dilated to a 2 with one my pregnancies for almost 6 weeks! The good news is at 36/37 weeks, you have nothing to fret over as far as the baby goes.
Every little twitch and tingle can lead you to believe it is time, but unfortunately for us Moms, only the baby knows when they are planning their grand entrance! :)

Every person is different so you may or my not. I was dilated at 2 for 2-3 weeks before I went into labor. Just think of it as less to dilate when you do go into labor.

I was dilated to 3 for 3 weeks. I was also 2 weeks late. I was fortunate that I had a great pregnancy. Hope all goes well with you and your little one.

I think you will. I mean isn't the fact that you've even started dilating a good sign?...Just be patient, and keep yourself busy...Do some walking, and continue preparing the house for the arrival of the baby....Congratulations!

Sounds like it's a posibility. I know girls take less time to deliver a baby after the first one. (first one is the longest)
