Try to accpet your body for what it is, lack of excercie and a fatty diet ight hep you gain weight in thoose areas, but also in some other areas as well like your sotmach.

squats d'uh. i did squats like once a week and my butt is getting bigger. do like 30 squats a time and wen u get used to it do more and more.

Lay on Ur side and lift Ur leg 30 times while its tightened....do that for each leg for about 15min.
