I know cocaine makes you do strange things but our president is completely "off the charts" regarding reality, human rights and who to attack after 9-11.
Half the time, he doesn't even believe what he's saying.. watch how many times he says, "uh-uh" in any interview.

And the entire Democratic congress said that weapons of mass destruction were in Iraq. Even the unbelievably inept UN said it.

The US attacked Afghanistan after 9-11.
The US and our allies attacked Iraq after 19 ignored resolutions from the UN.
