You know how there's the confident ugly girl, and most of the time the pretty girl is insecure. Why does society call the pretty girl who confident in her appearance, concieted? Basically why is he or she being ridiculed?

It's what society has always told them to think. I guess females are only supposed to reach a certain level and stop there, but when there is some one who exceeds the level, we hate her to bring her back down. That's what happens when we have "the mysterious force in media" thinking for us. :)

something tells me you think you are pretty and real confident about it. You can't understand why everyone can't see how wonderful you are. When actually your one of those pain in the butt girls.
