How do i DO this?????????/?

I Want to make a slide show on www.youtube.com and i have an account there, but how do i put all the pics on a file, and then up-load it as a video? this is my fist video/pic slide show...

plz answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

it should give you directions! you don't upload it as a video... just put the pics that you want in there. it should give you an option to re-arrange them. without being on the site i can't give specifics... but it will walk you through it. good luck
