From what I have read and heard it is pretty much the French Canadiands that want to be seperate from the English Canadians.Quebec in the past has tried to become its own country. They want to have French as their official language.

why are you making up "problems" when none exists. That is my first answer. I live in Canada, I work in Canada, I study in Canada etc. etc. I have seen no unity trouble --except for the normal ones -- like the French Quebec asserting its rights in certain domains like language and education and some more. Voila. Unity of the people -- yes, we are united. Don't forget this is a huge country, larger than USA -- don't ask for miracles to melt of different human groupings into one homogeneous unity. It will come -- but it takes time. Better I go back to my history, social studies and answer you then some more. Hope it helps.

I didn't know we (as in us Canadians) had a problem with that. I'll write a memo and bring it up at the next meeting at the beaver house. They're great meetings; we serve maple syrup!
