Im not sure what you are asking either. Dominance, partial dominance is a good answer but does not seem iconic enough. Monogenic is a term I made up (the opposite of polygenic traits when the alleles are not independent.)
If you are talking about Meiosis I would guess your thinking of independent assortment meeining the alleles sort independently when gametes are produced

I am not sure what you are asking. If the alleles don't affect eachother then they are unrelated.
If you are talking about ones that affect each other, then you could look up dominance (partial dominance and complete dominance).
