You could probably check the Net for the Local Law (Civil or Criminal not sure) that are on your books there. Up in Mich it's somewhere up around like 80Db thats like a weed whacker or something.

I think it may be around 15 to 20, it differs but usually its around there.
Maybe different in neighborhoods too
