Well, being a common blue collar labia myself, I'm embarrassed to say that I don't know, but I sure want to go there...often and for as long as possible!

You've got to be kidding, right? Labia is not a place or country to be founded or discovered. It is the technical term for the lips of the vagina. Presumably, women have known they were there all along.

I f he meant LibYa as Jen suggested, it's roots go back to the earliest civilizations. It had been ruled by the Ottoman Turks since the mid-16th century and became an independent modern state only after WWII through a resolution of the UN. So while it wasn't "discovered" per se, you could say it was founded by the entire world. Its 1st ruler was King Idris and since a military coup in 1969 has been ruled by Muammar Gaddafi

I discovered it on my Girlfriend and Claimed it for myself and became Absolute Ruler over it. :-) I guess I have a Dicktatorship.
