EEEW! My sister was bit by a wolf spider several years ago, she was allergic and had to go to the hospital. Ever since then, the area where the bite occurred is a bright red. A good inch and half square.
I do not like killing things, but if a hairy (and they seem to be) spider comes near me I spray it with dow bathroom spray. Works on contact! Maybe you need to spray around your house so they do not come in!

They are obviously targeting you. But why? Did you ever kill a wolf spider? Well, there y'go. They're out to get you now. Better hope it's a catch-and-release program!

All I know is that they get confused with the brown recluse which are are poisonous. I would get an expert opinion on what spider you are seeing.

I have no idea why they run and jump at you but I will tell you if it were me the guy that terminates then could call at the hotel when he was done.
