I'm not sure about the intention of your question, it's kind of vague. But I remember hearing that the first person to "spike" the football after scoring a touchdown did so mostly by accident.

I think it was a Minnesota Viking player who had caught a pass and ran it in for the TD. This was back in the day when they shot off cannons as a way to celebrate. The cannon shot off as soon as the player crossed the goal-line, and it caught the player off guard. He threw the ball down, mostly out of fear.

That's where the spike started, which in turn, brought us end-zone celebrations.
