lightly buff your natural nail before applying nail polish, this will remove any surface oil and protect your nail from turning yellow.
then, apply the nail polish THIN with 3 strokes to the nail, one for the left hand side, one for the right hand side, and a final one in the middle.
wait for this coat to dry, and repeat the process of 3 strokes.
over-applying your polish will mean that it will take ages to dry.
you can also put your hand near something warm (blow hot air from a hair dryer??) onto your nail to speed the process up.
make sure you moisturise your hands or feet once you have painted your finger/toe nails

This is semi-dangerous, but it will instantly dry them.
Go to a hobby store and look for the acrylic accelerators. They sell them in small spray pump bottles. After you apply the nail polish, just one quick spray from this and viola! instantly dry nails...

there is a product from wet n wild called "flash dry nail set", basically all it is is mineral oil, but you brush that on your nails after you paint 'em and they're dry in a minute or less.
Stuff is hella cheap too, like $1 or somethin.

when u r drying your nail polish after you put it on...dont blow hot air use cold b cuz hot air will make it bubble up and chip off easier and afterwards put a clear coat over .... get speed dry nail polish

you can buy this stuff in a big hairspray looking can thing that freezes ur nails. its great and i think u can buy it from sally's beauty supply. its nail freezer or something. if you dont wanna spend any money that run ur nails under gentle cold water or stick them in the freezer. Good Luck

I go to a beauty supply and pick up "speed demon" it's a quick drying top coat that dries it fast and makes them shiny.
