Send a pic from your computer to your cell phone?

How can you send a picture from your computer to your cell phone. Is that possible?

Your cell provider should give you the e-mail address to your cell phone. If you don't have it, send something from your cell phone to an e-mail account, then you could send a pic that. That's the way I did it.

Send an email to yourself from your phone and use the address to send your phone pictures!

you can transfer the pic via bluetooth or infra-red
