I remember going to the library and reading all the old backpacker magazines, because I loved backpacking so much, but hated to go alone, but still hoped to go sometimes with my ex's friends. Years later, I hardly ever go overnight.

The play. I was a speech/theater minor.

I remember wishing I had been male romantic lead, because the female lead was beyond gorgeous. Then I got to know her and I started feeling sorry for the male lead because he had to put up with this self centered [insert foul language here]

Once while backstage I was picking at a cast member playing an elderly lady and I took her cane. I walked off with it not really thinking about it. She had to go on, and everyone was trying to get me to come back. I had no idea what they even wanted and she almost had to go one without it. About 3 months later, that actress got a part in a movie being shot in Charleston SC. She died of a kidney disease before they could shoot her part. I actually learned to laugh during a memorial service, not because it's funny that they died, but because you can have joy over their life.

Getting pinned to a Sig Ep that I thought was the world on the DG balcony at San Jose State...I was serenaded and received his pin and violets and roses...It was a perfect evening sweet and tender I felt like a princess and he a prince ...All his Frat brothers sang and all the DGs surrounded me a wonderful life long memory...

When the Dean of the College of Business & Economics took me to lunch one day in the student cageteria. We had cheese pizza, and sodas, and talked about what I was going to do when I graduated. I remember us being eyed by passers-by, and at first I thought it was because he was 72 and I was 32. Maybe not...

I don't remember much. There's a few really good schools for that. I had a friend who went to American University in D.C. and loved it.

Learning that I was accepted to the Honors Program....... and then my 20 year old car broke down...kind of kept my attitude in check....

They are still ongoing, but I'd have to say so far, it's been discovering the best places on campus to NAP!
