i am a 14 year old male muslim who lives in America and i was just wondering if the yahoo users think that all muslims are terrorists because that kind of seems racist to me. i am going to admit that there are radicals and extremists out there who don't like America and think that bombing stuff is right when it certainly isn't, but they are just going against there religion because Islam is a religion of peace, not violence.

Of course not every muslim is a terrorist! It's so stupid, these terrorist attacks. Muslims were probably killed in 9/11 and the attacks in England.
I'm Muslim, but, admit it, if you see middle eastern looking guys with beards and middle eastern clothes walking around an airport, its got to creep out even completely innocent Muslims.

The biggest complaint I hear is that there are no Muslim voices condemning terrorism. This has lead to a belief that even the Muslims who are not directly involved in terrorism are supportive of it or else they are afraid of the violent ones. It would be good if peaceful Muslims would start some kind of organization to get the violent ones under control or at least denounce them. America has freedom of religion. My religious freedom is your religious freedom and vice-versa.

Well dragonboy, I do not think all Muslims are terrorists but I do believe in racial profiling at this time because "male Muslim extremists between the ages of 15 and 45 have taken a huge toll on human life in the name of Allah.

Do us a favor - get all your conservative Muslim friends together and hunt down the Muslim extremists!

Dear Muslim 14 year old,

It does not matter what race or religion anyone is. There are just crazy @ss people around. I know many Muslim people and many are very nice. I am Roman Catholic, there are many nice Roman Catholics but there are still crazy ones out there.
So it dont matter what religion, race, creed, or what ever other word you want to use to place boarders around others. Everyone should not be just on what they are but what they do as an individual.

nope, not all muslims are terrorists. and yes, that assupmption is very racist. not all americans are christians by their actions either, and i don't like being put into that category, either. i don't think that people should be something because they were born into that religion, or assume that they should because of where they live. i'm a christian because i want to be. i made a choice, i wasn't born that way. i think that if people are being racist to you, just pray that they would be blessed and learn that you are not a terrorist. (it's better to heap coals of kindness upon your enemies' heads...)

It's unfortunate that you may be steriotyped because of a minority, but sadly that seems to be the worst coming out in human nature. I think people are slowly coming around and hopefully one day nobody will have to live with predjudices.

they probably think that too, but the terrorists probably want peace for their country only so thats why i think they want to destroy the u.s. so they can have peace for themselves.
