What you have in your question are not things to be converted, but CONVERSION FACTORS, which you use to convert one unit into another unit.

Example:

1 inch = 2.54 cm.

Divide both sides by "1 inch" and you get:

1 = 2.54 cm/inch

Now, if you have some measurement in inches, you can multiply it by 2.54 cm/inch to get the equivalent measurement in centimeters.

1 cubic meter is (100 cm)^3, which equals 10^6 cm^3 (100 cubed is 1,000,000).

Your last one doesn't have the right units...you're mixing mass (micrograms) with distance (meters). No conversion is possible.
