Limewire is free for the basic service. I certenly wouldnt go near the site with a ten foot pole. Try a yahoo search for fileshare. Make sure your virus and firewall are updated and runing as most limewire type sites contain troublesum amounts of viruses and spyware.

There is a free version. I don't think the pro version is much better but you can use the free one to search for a free pro version. This might be pirating so I'm not saying do it just that you can. Lots of sites will charge you for it but the free light version was is and always will be freeware.

yes...as long as it's not limewire pro..and it's still illegal to download copywrite material either way. I personally recommend version 4. 12. 3

ya limewire is one of the p2p softwares which r working for free but they do have a pro version which they says give more search resultts and hence more pseed but i havnt been able to see the difference myself!

The free version is, but the pro version is not. I use the free version, and it is fine.

Yes but the free version will pester you to purchase the ''NEW AND IMPROVED'' version for only $18.88
