According to Baseball-Almanac.com, September 11th, 1977 was the day The California Angels defeated the Chicago White Sox at Anaheim Stadium. Whether this is what the bumper sticker was referring to, I'm not sure... When I googled it, I saw responses relating to that event and when the Emmy's were aired. But I don't know why that would be made into a bumber sticker?!
