I havent thrown up but I feel like I need to. I also feel like if I throw up I would feel better. Would it be wrong to force myself to throw up? I've never done anything like that before and Im not even sure if I can but I really can't stand this "almost going to throw up" feeling. Give me the reason for why you think it would be ok or not ok. please and thank you.

Drink a lot of water. If you do need to puke, that might induce it. There is not reason to make yourself puke. it is very bad for you. So keep the fluids up or drink some pediasure, which might help. Also, you may want to take a pregnancy test if that is a possibility. Eat some bread and relax. Your esophagus could use the water and no puking.

Although the vomiting itself is horrible, I usually feel so much better afterwards. Then again, depending on your condition, this might not be the best solution. I don't advocate vomiting, but I know it usually works for me! Let us know if you feel better.
