Five years ago, as a nation, we all stood together. We all wanted the same resolution, and the same resolve. War on Terror. Today this country is divided and minds have been changed. Today our nation is split many ways, stay the course or abandon it. How did you feel five years ago? How did your mind change? How do you feel TODAY?

United we stand. Divided we fall. We will fall if we don't all pull together on this matter. Please pray for our troops. They are risking their lives for ours.

Unlike Viet Nam we cannot let this war go unsupported for whatever reason we got involved our men and women are fighting in support of keeping our country free. If anything, after what happened on 9-11 made an impact on every American to make us fear terrorism in all its impact of realizm since Pearl Harbor so many soldiers ago. Even more than fear it made us fighting mad and finding that Bin Ladin was responsible it provided a target.. Where is that feeling now? Any one that has the demented sense that they can overtake the U.S. have to be stopped, and all these protesters need to be not only arrested but given such a stiff fine, they would never return to their misguided deed of interferring with what is keeping you, me and all of this country from being taken over by such terrorism....God Bless each and every soldier and family that have to give up more than any of us can ever assume to know for their sacrifice.

My mind did change. But only i the sense that I feel even more lied to than before. that while this nations stands up and laud freedom for all everywhere. And safety against aggression, yet stood by while their pit bull bomb Lebanon back to the stone age. And child soldiers kidnapped and make to fight under threat of death has gone on i Sub Saharan Africa so long one can't count. And barely lip service by Washington, Caesar and his vipers specially. And I can see why 9/11 happened. the tow-faced cronyism of US foreign policy. After 5 years seem like vengeance is not as sweet if you just beat up the cousin who killed your dog and not got the one who really did it. The Taliban may have paid for it. But it should have been the Saudis. Most of the money and man power cam from there. But heavens forbid anyone mess with the gas tank.

I still feel the same way......Afghanistan, yes. Iraq, no. I think many people feel that way. Bush just wanted to get us over there and then find a reason to go to Iraq. Now, it's a bloodbath over there. Had we stayed the course and remained only in Afghanistan, then I think we would've made some good progress, and from what I hear, we are doing some great things in that country. Iraq demolished much of our faith in anything Bush does.

This war is about making people who work in the White House rich! It has done zero to stop terrorism.
