ok, so i feel like i live in a glass house, and people have to walk on eggshells around me or do what ever i want if they dont i flip out and i mean i really loose controll... then two seconds later im fine again... i have been on meds before but i thought it was from having my son... but here i am again almost 3 years later and im starting to worry my fiance' ... i dont know what to do or where to go for help

lol yes being a ***** is me, its more like a defense mechanism..but i do get out once a week and hang out with friends or go to a bar, play cards, go out to dinner, i work 40 plus hours a week so its not like i have stopped doing what i enjoy, it almost feels like i have a short temper and its something i cant control.. ive been to doctors and they put me on 4 different meds that didnt help or made me so sick i couldnt move... so im kinda looking or alternative methods

You have got yourself into a funk. Negative vibes are all around us. Mix with positive people, pamper yourself and do involve yourself in a hobby. Do not rely on other people to provide a solution. We all suffer from this but we get out and enjoy the things we have forgotten. Go to the beach, see that movie, eat that cream cake. But remember a little of everything!

I haven't seen these sites before now, but they look good. I know the addiction of anger and its not easy to live with, but the energy there for anger can be directed to creative activities and better your intellectual mental focus or anti day dreaming. Get positive value from your negative emotions, strengthen your body with them, do not be an addict obeying them at the moment of demand like a dog. Hold yourself and save them for the long run, the big weight lift, or pushups record. Be a professional, not an animal.

Additional: I wonder if it has to do with your sense for time, the sense for fast and slow time, much and little time. Humans are perfectionistic by nature, but imperfect. Why is your imperfection this; why not something else. How do you know you are 'losing control'. If they don't do whatever you 'want'. What are these 'wants'. You either value people as yourself or only as a way to your own satisfaction, which one is it for you, equal or usable.
