HE IS SIGNED TO WRESTLING SOCIETY X ( WSX ) AND IT MAY NEVER AIR ON T.V ( MOST LICKLY NOT ) AND HHH RECRUITED HIM TO DO A HOUSE SHOW WHICH HE IS ALLOWED TO DO HE CAN WORK FOR WWE BUT HE CANT BE TELEVISED ON WWE T.V AND VINCE HAS NOT HIRED HIM FOR THIS REASON.........................................

No dumby his contract lets him wrestle but if WSX gets picked up for a whole season (which it didn't) then he would have to participate for the whole season. The show didn't get picked up so he will not be with WSX. I think there is a no complete clause but im not sure. If he is not getting signed with WWE its because officials at WWE don't like him.
